What is OMPEA?

OMPEA is a general incorporated association established to unite the expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and international experience of overseas Myanmar people to promote the reconstruction of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and collaboration with Japanese society. There are two main public relations targets.

To Japanese society

We function as a point of contact for responsible dialogue, joint research, human resources, and business collaboration for policy authorities, local governments, economic organizations, companies, universities, and research institutions.

To the Myanmar community in Japan

We provide a network for learning and solidarity, opportunity creation, and mutual aid as professionals and entrepreneurs. Join OMPEA and connect your power to the next generation.
