OMPEA (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) recognizes the importance of carefully and appropriately protecting information that can identify an individual and specific identifiers (hereinafter collectively referred to as “personal information”). This includes, but is not limited to, names, contact information, demographic data, and identification information obtained through administrative or educational processes.

The Association appoints a privacy officer to oversee information management and implements safety measures and corrective actions to prevent unauthorized use, loss, damage, alteration, or leakage of personal information.
In addition, the Association conducts regular training and guidance on the proper handling of personal information for all staff and related parties who work with the Association.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
